I was able to walk a mile yesterday and do crunches and push-ups when I got home, and NO CRAMPS!
This was the first time I didn't cramp up in 6 months. I guess it took a few months to get the birth control hormones out of my body. It's ON now!

This is completely off topic but...there's this European graffiti artist name Banksy that Ive always been amazed by. Well just before the 3rd aniversary of Katrina this year he made a trip to N.O. and left his mark. It is FANTASTIC! go here to look or just search his site on yahoo (search Banksy and click outdoor). OMgggggg....i just did the second part of the Biggest Loser workout for the first time...you know the one with the brunette chic....and it completelyyyyy exhausted me. But i rather it much more than the first part. it goes so fast. I think tomorrow Im going to try and add the 3rd part to it.

It was pretty easy for me to get back into counting calories and I honestly just didnt feel like putting junk into my body today. But I did have the occasional sweet craving. Working out though was a different story. It took me two tries before I finally got into it. But once I did I felt 1000000 times better.
