I had no time to exercise today (because of work and studying) although I really wanted to...SHOCKER! So it may not seem like I ate a lot but I had to stay within my 1500 calories.

i was down to 148 (again) this morning. It is funny how different we look at such close weights.
im getting sick of looking at 147 though. i did a lot of snacking today but worked it off so I could stay in my calorie limit. I did 20 minutes of running/walking 10 minutes of eliptical 10 minutes on arms and 20 minutes of the biggest loser with bob. hopefully i can wake up tom and have lost 2 more lbs.
