I haven't given up. I am still keeping track of what I eat but not counting points. When I get home I am so hungry I usually lose it and eat any thing that won't run away. I haven't gained any wieght I have been going back and forth between 149 & 146. I think staying with the south beach has really help out.
Does anyone know about their diet? What does it consist of?

south beach goes through different phases. i think the first consist of one or two weeks of no carbs. and then the next phase you add in fruits then wheat bread then other stuff until your basically eating healthy carbs.
the first few weeks of no carbs is supposed to be the hardest but thats when you lose the most weight. but i think if youd skip the no carb phase and just eat healthy carbs youd have a better chance of sticking to the diet and keeping weight off. no carbs sucks.
I did the dance class and my thighs hurt for three days. I could do push ups and sit-ups fine, but I'm out of touch on squats. We did a combination with a "drop" (think Hip-Hop- drop it) and after a few times, I was having trouble getting up, LOL.
South Beach right now is what ever Walmart has in stock. Can't get the chicken salad right now. i'm getting sick of the wraps really fast. P B & J today but I did use wheat bread. I don't know the diet Dee but when you told me the calories and that it was filling that was good enough for me.
