It was pretty easy for me to get back into counting calories and I honestly just didnt feel like putting junk into my body today. But I did have the occasional sweet craving. Working out though was a different story. It took me two tries before I finally got into it. But once I did I felt 1000000 times better.

Heres what I ate:
2 Boiled Eggs

Meijer Light Wheat Bread 2.00

Smooth Peanut Butter

Activia Cherry Yogurt

nabisco 100 calorie snack 2.00


Ready Pac Carrots


Stew Beef

I Cant Believe Its Not Butter I Cant Believe It Not Butter ( Original) 2.00


Oscar Mayer Lunchables Stackers Ham & American


1/2 Sweet Potato 2.00


Plum

Skim Milk

Candy Corn

Workout:
10 minutes of eliptical
10 minutes arms
20 minutes Biggest Loser cardio

you ate like a pig!(Kidding) We don't have all of that in the house how did you eat that? I had, Raisan Bran cruch w/ soy milk- bread and water, a fruit cup- I'm cooking corn and chicken breast....my stomach still not right! YES DISA I STILL DO THE JAIL HOUSE LUNCH SPECIAL! But at least I added the fruit cup.

Kalya, is this just what you have started doing thsi week? and what does 2.00 mean? I have tried to get back on track but when i get home i am starving and just eat like crazy.

It is pretty much what I have been doing except now I'm more focused on having healthier foods for that amount of calories. 2.00 means two servings.

I didn't have the sweet potato. I thought I was going to have it after I posted that but we were out so I had some oatmeal instead.

I started off Monday at 149 and I've already lost 2 lbs.
