As of this morning I am down five pounds! I start school in a few weeks and I am scared I won't be able to keep it up.
Also the south beach turkey wraps at Target are 3 points for both wraps.

Since we're going to Grand Isle this weekend, I really need to try something fast! It's time to break out the cellulite cream. I think applying morning and night for the next few days should do it.

I have finally set my mind to do this. I have successfully completed one week and I am working hard to get through the weekend. I lost 3 pounds this week and I hope to reach my 1st goal by Aug 18th. This is hard!!!!

Just joking! you look great!!!! Why did I have to get the short legs AND the short body in the family?
Posting your start date made me realize that it does take lots of time, but it will all pay off. I started this struggle last summer (after I had Jourden) and I lost 10 pounds. If I continue then I hope to be at my goal weight by next summer.
Mom and I realized that Paw-Paw stopped drinking 19 years ago (cold turkey). If he can make that kind of commitment to himself why can't we?

shannon i realized this weekend while watching the soup where you got the whole "ripping out someone's endocrine system" thing from. and then beau had to try and describe to me what an endocrin system was.
dee i figured out you can get a cobb salad from quiznos and its 400 calories but its so big i had half for lunch and the rest for supper.
so since dec of '06 i've lost a total of 23lbs. yeah it's been a span of almost 2 years but thats like a whole margaret.

I had a bad week. I had to be in Lafayette all day Thurs and they ordered poboys for lunch. I got a turkey and swiss even though I wanted shrimp. Then Friday, I had a workshop from 8am to 8pm. There was dirty rice and fried chicken for lunch. I tried to eat smothered okra, thinking it was kind of healthy, but it was ice cold- YUK! Then for supper they had chicken with some kind of cream sauce, potaotes, asparagus, salad, and chesecake! It felt like the whole universe was working against me.
I guess I'll have to start fresh tomorrow.

the daily plate is being so slow today yet i was able to sit there and calculate my calories from breakfast and lunch just by having the amount of calories in each food memorized. saturday is my cheat day and i cant wait to have some french fries.

Well, I started this three weeks ago and finally lost 4 pounds. (that was this morning, it can change throughout the day). I didn't workout yesterday and really don't feel like doing it today. I found out that chicken legs are 1 point on WW so my family will be eating lots of those.
I also wanted to share this site with you guys. It is kinda long to do but fun interesting. My real age was 26.6. With turning 30 this year that really felt good to hear.

I've decided to just count calories the old-fashioned way. I added a link for the Daily Plate web site. It's pretty easy to use. You click on what you ate and it adds it all up for you. I found out I won't be working 7:30 to 5:00, so I'll still be able to make it to the gym. I thought I was going to have to run up and down the stairs here.

YOYO YO
im about to embark on day 2 of my couch to 5k plan. did the first day tues and it went well. wasn't too worn out after but i think im going to add more pilates and weights to my after run plan.
food sucks. thats all i can really say. my boss is on this low carb diet and lost tons of weight already but low carb makes you grumpy and gasy. i want a healthier diet that incorperates fruits and wheat.
so i've got britt's wedding in june and our dress fittings in nov. hopefully by then ill be like 20lbs lighter.

It's going to have to be about exercise for me. At least until I start working. Being home with the kids and cleaning the same messes eleventy-billion times just makes me want something more substantial than celery. In fact, eating celery when I'm aggravated makes me want to rip someones endocrine system out.
Maybe if my contract money comes soon, I'll be able to chill a little. But for now, ughh.
I was able to do a yoga tape today and did all but one of the poses. Hey, who can stand on one foot and hold the other leg behind their head with one arm while the other arm stretches out? And it was supposed to be a beginners tape.
I measured myself last night and my stupid husband got a kick out of my abbreviations. I did w for waist, c for chest, h for hips, t for thighs, and a for arms. Dumbass thought it was the other t&a.

I want chips!
I want a big bag of zapps!!! What diet do chips come with? I lost another pound. (That makes 2). I ate alot today for some reason I was super hungry. I don't think that I went over my points so I should be okay. You would think with all of the other problems in the world, losing weight would be easy. Friday is Jaden's birthday and I ordered the smallest cake I could find. I figure that if I serve everyone first then there won't be enough for me to eat any.

K-la, that Windsor pilates DVD kicked my ass! Funny I can still sit up today. I love how she calls all the exercises "stretches". Grace said, "I don't know about stretching, mom. This hurts too much." She had to quit halfway through to go throw up.

Mmmm Cookies
I used half my carb allowance already this morning on one devil's food cookie. I still haven't measured myself, but if the pants I'm wearing are any indication, I'm lying to myself about what size I am in a big way. Walmart has whey protien for pretty cheap. If I can get past the taste, I should be able to make some shakes with it to hold me over. If I get my contract money, I may need to go shopping before I start work next week. I don't think any of my work clothes will fit unless this diet really works and I lose 15 lbs this week.

I guess I'll start off. I'm trying to do carb confusion. No carbs this week and then off and on for the next two weeks. I can't even to describe the headache I have from not eating any sugar today. I went to walmart and loaded up on Atkins bars and sugar-free pudding. How are we going to measure ourselves? I'm going to measure my waist, hips, and thighs tonight. Anything else?
