Walking, haven't you heard or read the newest health alerts this week? To be "healthy" you're supposed to walk 10,ooo steps a day! That's five miles. I've been trying for 2 and was proud of myself! I though I was doing good. I've been on that treadmill so much this week I think I'm 2 inches shorter. Anyway, I've been reading some Dr. Oz stuff and he also says it's better to confuse your body, eat alot of healthy food one day and the next eat less and then eat more...I lost 5.5 lbs my stomach and boobs both protrude the same now, maybe the boobs a tiny bit more...still not good. Have not had any "sweets" except for 2 cups weight watchers ice cream, curse you Disa for telling me about that! Wendy's salads are gross! Subways are better. I'm going to turn orange from the sweet potatoes!
Yes, but your regular walking (going to the bathroom, etc.) counts in those steps. Clip a pedometer to your belt and see how many steps you get in a day.
