I guess I'll start off. I'm trying to do carb confusion. No carbs this week and then off and on for the next two weeks. I can't even to describe the headache I have from not eating any sugar today. I went to walmart and loaded up on Atkins bars and sugar-free pudding. How are we going to measure ourselves? I'm going to measure my waist, hips, and thighs tonight. Anything else?
