I used half my carb allowance already this morning on one devil's food cookie. I still haven't measured myself, but if the pants I'm wearing are any indication, I'm lying to myself about what size I am in a big way. Walmart has whey protien for pretty cheap. If I can get past the taste, I should be able to make some shakes with it to hold me over. If I get my contract money, I may need to go shopping before I start work next week. I don't think any of my work clothes will fit unless this diet really works and I lose 15 lbs this week.

Bad Shannon! I thought I was going to passout this morning. Daddy worked all night so he came home at 11 and said he was going to subway so I asked for a salad and was weak in the knees before he got home. But I didn't cheat. The only problem is that smoothie thing makes me have to pee all day long! It's just soy milk, a banana and about 6 strawberries so I don't understand it.
i just realized you didn't try on any of that clothes from ny and company lol. your finnneee. dont let the scale bring you down. if you felt fine before then why worry?
