No, I've been back to school and got caught on a chain letter recipe thingy. Shannon, I spoke to by phone and she said she is so busy she hasn't even had time to charge her cell phone. Kayla found a new diet again...you don't eat any "s's"...sugar and snacks...I was avoiding posts since I ate "butt" I lost the 3 pounds I gained on the cruise. Haven't been on the treadmill since but I've been up and down stairs all day long since Thursday.
not giving up just restarting it seems. last week with my final and going to the beach everyday was a cheat day and i slacked off on working out.
so now im doing the no s diet. i split up all 1400 of my calories between 3 meals and that way im stuffed come 9pm when i usually want to snack...and snack...and snakc... how are things your way d?

you no your not supposed to eat after 8 unless your staying up to like 3am cause your body can't burn the calories
