I did a little over half of the New York City Ballet workout last night. I got a few cramps, but the workout makes you stretch a lot, so they weren't too bad. I'll try it again tonight and see how far I get. The ab workout is especially difficult because you don't get to take a break for that whole section, you are basically up in a crunch the whole time and don't get to go down- owie!

at least your doing some thing. must be very hard to do any thing with those cramps.
It sounds as if the ballet might help you with the cramps. Good luck!
