Okay, so the week I have been dreading is finally here. Back to work for me. I am planning on waking up at 5 to do the biggest loser 20 minute workout. Do I need to give anyone else a wake up call?

I've been getting up at 4:30 everyday since August 1 and I'm still dragging butt. I got to be at school for 6:30
