Does any one have any good advice on how to get through the weekend. I do good all week but then gain back a pound or two over the weekend. This week we have a party to go to on Saturday then our Anniversary on Monday.
Any advice?

the best advice i can give you is to set aside one day a weekend as a cheat day. all the fitness websites recommend you do it bc it helps boost your metabolism. it also give you some thing to look forward to all week
Happy Anniver. Glue mouth shut? I have to start all over too! Then I have blisters so I don't even know if I can do treadmill!
