Great post on HuffPo today on how to tell if you're an emotional eater (duh, aren't we all?)
Her solution? Have more fun. Find the things you love to do and do them so you don't have time to get bored or lonely. I will have to make sure I don't trade compulsive (or drunk *ahem, Kayla*) shopping for compulsive eating.
